Lois Openda has established himself as one of the most reliable goal-getters on the club football scene over the past year and the striker caught the eye again at the weekend when he scored twice in RB Leipzig’s 3-2 win at Bundesliga champions Bayer Leverkusen.
Openda ready to sparkle
Openda has been playing second fiddle for Belgium of late but with Romelu Lukaku not involved this week, he could get a much-deserved opportunity to lead the line. The 24-year-old has scored only twice in 20 appearances for Belgium, though he should improve that tally if given more chances to start.
