Arsenal will take on Chelsea on Tuesday, 3 February, with a place in the Carabao Cup final on the line.
Following the first leg at Stamford Bridge in January, the Gunners hold a 3-2 advantage in the tie, but with nothing to lose, Chelsea could be a dangerous proposition at the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal preview: Saka unlikely to feature
Bukayo Saka is not expected to play any part in this one after the winger went down in the warm-up before the match against Leeds at the weekend. A further blow from that game is the news that Mikel Merino could miss the remainder of the campaign with a foot injury. Kepa will come in between the sticks to face his former club.
Predicted lineup: Kepa (GK), Timber, Saliba, Gabriel, Hincapie, Zubimendi, Rice, Madueke, Odegaard, Martinelli, Havertz
Last five results
- Leeds 0-4 Arsenal
- Arsenal 3-2 Kairat
- Arsenal 2-3 Man Utd
- Inter Milan 1-3 Arsenal
- Nottingham Forest 0-0 Arsenal
Chelsea preview: Rosenior to go for it
Liam Rosenior is expected to pick his strongest possible team for this one, with the former Strasbourg boss determined to win a trophy at the first time of asking with Chelsea. The Blues will be missing Levi Colwill, Jamie Gittens, Tosin Adarabioyo, Romeo Lavia and Dario Essugo for this one due to injuries.
Predicted lineup: Sanchez (GK), James, Chalobah, Fofana, Cucurella, Caicedo, Fernandez, Neto, Palmer, Pedro, Delap
Last five results
- Chelsea 3-2 West Ham
- Napoli 2-3 Chelsea
- Crystal Palace 1-3 Chelsea
- Chelsea 1-0 Pafos
- Chelsea 2-0 Brentford
Player to watch: Kai Havertz

With Viktor Gyokeres struggling in an Arsenal shirt, Kai Havertz's return from injury could prove to be a significant moment in the Gunners' season. The German has had his critics over the years, but there is no doubt that he links things together better for Arsenal at the top of the pitch than anyone else in the squad.
