* Betting odds were correct at the time of publication but are subject to change

Al Nassr will be desperate to bounce back from their defeat to Al Hilal last time out when they play host to Al Riyadh on Friday. Cristiano Ronaldo and co remain in second spot despite that defeat to the league leaders but the gap between the two clubs now stands at seven points.

Al Nassr vs Al Riyadh prediction – Betting tips & odds

Hot Tip – Al Nassr to Win-to-Nil

  • Al Nassr have won two of their three previous encounters with Al Riyadh.
  • Al Nassr have kept clean sheets in their last four home games in all competitions.

Another reason that we have backed Al Nassr to win to nil as our main Al Nassr vs Al Riyadh prediction is that Al Riyadh have failed to score in two of their last four Saudi Pro league games.

Al Nassr vs Al Riyadh team news

Al Nassr

Al Nassr had hoped to close the gap between themselves and Al Hilal last time out but the opposite happened. Al Nassr ended up losing the game 3-0 in the end as Al Hilal took another step closer to the Saudi Pro League title. Former Man Utd defender Alex Telles picked up an injury during the defeat and is now a major doubt for Friday's clash with Al Riyadh.

Predicted Lineup: Al Aqidi (GK), Yahya, Laporte, Al Ghannam, Lajami, Brozović, Fofana, Otávio, Talisca, Ronaldo & Mané

Al Riyadh

Al Riyadh played out a goalless draw at home to the division's bottom club Al Hazm last Thursday. In a game that won't live long in the memory, Al Riyadh should have won but failed to take any of the chances they created and now sit thirteenth in the table on sixteen points.

Predicted Lineup: Campaña (GK), Arslanagić, Asiri, Al Shuwayyi, Al Rashidi, Al Shehri, Touré, Ndong, Al Khaibari, Al Dossari & Gray

Player to Watch: Sadio Mane

Mane returned to the Al Nassr starting lineup for the defeat to Al Hilal and the 31-year-old will be hoping to make up for a poor showing by helping to guide his team to three points on Friday.

Things didn't work out for Mane at Bayern Munich but the Senegal international has scored six times in fourteen starts for Al Nassr this season and appears to be getting back to somewhere near his best form.

Cristiano Ronaldo is the main goalscorer at Al Nassr and so far even Talisca has more goals than Mane and the former Liverpool man is due a goal after failing to score in each of his last four appearances for club and country.
