Al Hilal vs Abha prediction – Betting tips & odds
Hot Tip – Aleksandar Mitrovic to Score First
- Mitrovic top scores for Al Hilal this season with 15 goals, putting him one behind the league's top scorer Cristiano Ronaldo.
- The Serbia international striker has scored ten goals in his last ten Saudi Pro League appearances.
Another reason that we have backed Mitrovic to Score First as our main prediction is that the Al Hilal striker has scored the first goal in seven league games so far this season, more than any other Al Hilal player.

Al Hilal vs Abha team news
Al Hilal
Al Hilal played host to Al Wehda last Friday, running out comfortable 2-0 winners in the end. Saud Abdulhamid opened the scoring in the 20th minute and Mitrovic continued his fine run in front of goal with Al Hilal's second goal of the game ten minutes from the end.
The hosts have no fresh injury concerns or suspended players ahead of the game against Abha this week.
Predicted Lineup: Bounou (GK), Koulibaly, Al Burayk, Al Bulayhi, Abdulhamid, Al Dawsari, Neves, Milinković-Savić, Michael & Mitrović & Malcom
Abha
Abha would have been hoping to pick up three points from their last game against bottom-of-the-table Al Hazm but had to settle for a share of the spoils in the end. A tight and tense first half ended goalless but Al Hazm took the lead against the run of play shortly after the hour mark. Abha needed a response and they got one 11 minutes from time when Grzegorz Krychowiak equalised.
Ziyad Al Sahafi picked up an injury in that game and had to be replaced by Saad Natiq before the break, so could miss the trip to Al Hilal this week.
Predicted Lineup: Tătărușanu (GK), Al Qumayzi, Noguera, Natiq, Naji, Matić, Krychowiak, Al Sudani, Bguir, Toko Ekambi & Kamano

Player to Watch: Malcom
Mitrovic would be the obvious choice for player to watch in this game but we have decided to go with his Brazilian teammate Malcom.
Malcom has scored nine goals in the Saudi Pro League this season, making him the club's second-highest scorer behind Mitrovic. The Brazilian is the main playmaker in this side with five assists to his name, so we are expecting the former Barcelona man to be involved in any goals scored against Abha, whether that be scoring them or setting them up.
