Aberdeen have picked up three points from their opening two league games, while Rangers are still waiting for their first league victory.
The hosts have enjoyed a strong start to the 2026-27 season under Stephen Robinson, who has been in charge at Pittodrie since March 2026.
Robinson's team began their season with the Scottish League Cup and comfortably finished top of Group A with 12 points.
