Flying Eagles forward Sani Suleiman is attracting serious transfer attention from several top European clubs.

English sides Tottenham Hotspur and Brentford are reportedly on high alert amid growing interest from Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) and Ajax.

The 19-year-old star, who currently plays for AS Trencin in Slovakia, has been one of Nigeria's brightest emerging talents since moving from Akwa United in July 2024.

His performances at both club level and with the national U-20 team have caught the eyes of scouts across Europe.

In a conversation with Soccernet.ng, a close source to the player, who also oversaw Simon Moses' move to Trencin, confirmed that multiple offers are already on the table for the youngster, though no deal has been finalised yet.

“Yes, there are lots of offers for the boy. I know the club [AS Trencin] are discussing with other clubs,” the source said.

When asked about the seriousness of the offers, the source added: “I know that he has a lot of offers.”

Pressed further about Suleiman's preferred destination, the insider revealed that the forward is leaning towards a move to the Premier League.

“Yes, I think he prefers England. But he will have to look at all these offers and see which one suits him at his age. I think it is a very good opportunity for him. He will sign for any club where he can continue his development because he is a player with a lot of potential and prospects.”

The battle between Tottenham, PSG and others

Reports from SportsBoom earlier indicated that PSG, Brentford and Ajax have all joined the race to sign Suleiman following his impressive outings for both club and country.

Meanwhile, The Hard Tackle also reported that Spurs made an enquiry after scouting him during the ongoing U-20 World Cup.

Suleiman's contract with AS Trencin reportedly runs until June 2026, giving the Slovak club leverage in negotiations as interest continues to mount.

Although nothing has been made concrete on Suleiman's move away from Slovakia, the Nigerian football community will be watching closely as he either chooses the Premier League or ventures to France or the Netherlands.
