Al-Hilal step up interest in Isak
Al-Hilal have had a nightmare of a transfer window, failing to attract Europe's best players with their riches. Now, the PIF-owned Saudi Pro League side have set their sights on the talisman of another PIF-owned club, Newcastle United.
According to a report from L’Equipe, Al-Hilal are ramping up talks to sign centre-forward Alexander Isak. The Saudi giants know it would take north of £110million transfer fee for Isak to leave Newcastle. Interestingly, the 25-year-old has agreed to open negotiations with Al-Hilal. Whispers Rating: 3/5

Newcastle make contact for PSG forward
Newcastle are also in the market for a new number nine, ideally to play alongside Isak. They even lodged a bid for Hugo Ekitike, but Liverpool pipped them to his signature.

Galatasaray get their man
Victor Osimhen was one of the marquee names to turn down Al-Hilal, harboring a desire to continue in Europe after a prolific loan stint at Galatasaray. The Istanbul-based club have been working hard all summer to convince the Napoli striker to return to Super Lig, and now, a breakthrough has been found.
