Player to watch: Frank Surdez
Frank Surdez only played a bit part for Gent in the second half of last season but has started the 2024/25 campaign as a first-team regular.

The Swiss attacker, who used play for Xamax in his homeland, has featured in all nine of Gent's league games this season, chipping in with one goal and five assists. Surdez, 22, scored seven times in 17 games in the first half of the 2023/24 season with Xamax before joining Gent during the January transfer window.
Surdez has been an assist machine for Gent
Surdez's performances have been very impressive so far this season and the young attacker only seems to get better with each game that passes which is why he is our player to watch on Sunday.
