Frosinone vs Roma – Frosinone to spring an upset?
Although Roma will head into this game as the clear favourites to win, Frosinone will be and should be hopeful of getting an upset.
Despite not directly a being local derby, these two are separated by just over and hour's drive. Roma are currently sitting above Frosinone by 15 points, but it's these type of games where an upset can happen, given Roma's form and Frosinone's decent tally of 32 goals scored. The latter is also at home but has let in 49 goals, while Roma has failed to win their past two games, including a 4-2 win for Inter on in Rome.
Frosinone also got a goal in the 5-1 loss away to Fiorentina and also suffered a 3-2 defeat against AC Milan. This does now mean they have scored at least once in the past four games and been involved in 17 goals, and both teams to score and over 2.5 goals in this game now sits at 10/11 (1.91).
Napoli vs Genoa – Genoa aiming to keep up their sensational form against top 8
Despite sitting in mid-table, Genoa are coming into this one with a fantastic record against teams in the top eight and those campaigning for a spot in Europe. In fact, they've already seen both teams score and over 2.5 goals in a thrilling comeback draw against Napoli at home, while they've managed to smash Roma 4-1, draw with the runaway league leaders Inter Milan, beat Lazio in Rome and also draw with Juventus on home soil.
Napoli have been very poor in terms of their title defence, and with 32 goals scored and 27 let in, alongside eight defeats, the club are having one of their worst seasons in a long time and proving to be one of the worst title defenders this century.
The Naples side should win, however, but off the back of drawing 2-2 at Genoa and given Napoli's poor run of form, goals are expected at both ends. Both teams to score and over 2.5 goals is now at 7/4 (2.25)
Lazio vs Bologna – A must-win in the capital
Fifth takes on seventh in Serie A in this one with both teams aiming to stamp their marker down on the European spots. Bologna are on a three-game winning run since losing to AC Milan, and they are now up into fifth with 11 wins on the board and only four defeats. This has seen them also put together the best defensive record for those outside of the top two.
As for Lazio, their confidence is at an all-time high for this season after a sensational win over Bayern Munich at the Stadio Olimpico. Ciro Immobile caught the headlines once again that day with another finish, and although it's been a poor season for him, the Italian striker now has three in his past three and moved to second in the Champions League top scorer list with five goals.
Lazio are the narrow favourites, but given Bologna's excellent run and fantastic season to this point, it's a game that could go either way. Regardless, it would be quite a shock if there were not plenty of goals.
Both teams to score and over 2.5 goals is at 15/8 (2.88).
