Player to watch – Javier Correa

Javier Correa is enjoying life back in his homeland following a spell in Mexico with Santos Laguna.

The 31-year-old scored 13 goals across two seasons with the Mexican club but made his return to Argentina with Estudiantes in 2024.

With five goals and three assists so far this season, Correa is the joint-top goalscorer and assist provider for Estudiantes right now, making him a key player in the starting eleven.
