Ireland made the short trip to Norwich to face England in their fifth qualifying match, hoping to put an end to their losing streak.

France put in another good performance at home to Sweden on Friday night to book their place in Switzerland next summer.
Defender Sakina Karchaoui scored a rare goal to put the home side in front in the 31st minute and France held that lead into the interval.
