Correct Score prediction: Rangers 1-1 Club Brugge
Rangers have endured a stuttering start to the Premiership, drawing both of their opening fixtures, while Club Brugge arrive with momentum after four straight wins in all competitions.
The Scottish side have reached this stage before, but there is a sense of vulnerability about them that the Belgians may look to exploit, even at Ibrox.

Most recent H2Hs: Rangers looking to extend unbeaten streak
Rangers and Club Brugge will be facing each other for the first time since 1993, when they faced off in the group stage of the Champions League.
The Scottish side recorded a 2-1 home victory at the time, before securing a 1-1 draw away in Belgium, an outcome they will hope plays out this time.
Both teams met last month, but this time in a non-competitive atmosphere at Ibrox, with Rangers battling from a two-goal deficit to draw 2-2.

Rangers preview: Scottish side aiming to shake off slow start
Rangers head into this clash looking to move on from a shaky start to their domestic campaign, having opened the Scottish Premiership with back-to-back draws that leave them four points behind early leaders Hearts and Celtic.
Last weekend’s Premier Sports Cup win over Alloa Athletic did little to ease those concerns, with a rotated side labouring past League One opposition in an unconvincing display.
On the European front, however, Rangers have shown greater resilience. They dispatched Panathinaikos 3-1 on aggregate before overcoming Viktoria Plzen 4-2 across two legs, proving they can step up when the stakes are higher.

Club Brugge preview: Confidence high after strong start
Club Brugge arrive in this tie on the back of an impressive run of results, suggesting they are well-prepared for the challenge ahead.
Last season, the Belgian side exceeded expectations in Europe’s new league phase, securing three wins to progress into the knockout rounds. Along the way, they toppled Atalanta BC before bowing out to Aston Villa.
Domestically, though, things did not end on such a high. Brugge were edged out in a tense title race by Union Saint-Gilloise, who denied them the chance to defend their Belgian Pro League crown.
That disappointment meant they had to enter the Champions League qualifying rounds earlier this summer, and they have already beaten Salzburg 4-2 on aggregate, winning both legs.
The Blau-Zwart have also picked up where they left off in domestic action, claiming the Belgian Super Cup by getting the better of Union and following it up with a dramatic late league win over Zulte Waregem at the weekend.
That result made it four straight victories across all competitions, and with momentum firmly on their side, Brugge will fancy their chances of extending their hot streak on the European stage.

Player to Watch: Hans Vanaken (Rangers vs. Club Brugge)
Veteran Belgian midfielder Hans Vanaken has started the season on a bright note, finding the net in the league’s opening day win over rivals Cercle Brugge and the second leg against Salzburg.

With three goals in six appearances across all competitions already this season, the midfielder is on course to match the 12 goals he has scored in each of the two previous campaigns.
