PSG vs Tottenham prediction: The hosts to run riot

Key Stats

  • PSG have won three of their last four matches in all competitions.
  • Tottenham have won just one of their last five matches in all competitions.
  • A total of 19 goals have been scored across PSG's four Champions League matches this season.

Correct score prediction: PSG 3-0 Tottenham

PSG were stunned by Bayern Munich last time out in the Champions League, but that should have sharpened their focus ahead of this one. Spurs are in terrible form, so the hosts should win this one comfortably.

Tottenham preview: Johnson misses out

Brennan Johnson is unavailable for Tottenham after the Welsh forward was sent off in Spurs' last Champions League match against Copenhagen. Thomas Frank's injury list is well documented, and he has seven players in the treatment room for this one, including James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski.

Predicted lineup: Vicario (GK), Porro, Romero, Van de Ven, Udogie, Sarr, Palhinha, Kudus, Simons, Richarlison, Kolo Muani

Last five results

  • Arsenal 4-1 Tottenham
  • Tottenham 2-2 Man Utd
  • Tottenham 4-0 Copenhagen
  • Tottenham 0-1 Chelsea

Player to watch: Khvicha Kvaratskhelia

It's now approaching one year since Khvicha Kvaratskhelia signed for PSG, but the Georgian's form has tailed off at the beginning of this season when compared to how he played during the second half of last season. Luis Enrique will be banking on the former Napoli man finding his top form this week.
