Olympiacos deserve immense credit for emerging as 1-0 victors against Marseille in matchweek two of the Europa League, especially as they had to play the match at the Velodrome.

Marseille's home crowd are known to create an intense atmosphere, and the fact that Thursday's hosts came out of that clash with a clean sheet means they have navigated arguably their most difficult fixture of the league phase.

Head coach Imanol Alguacil has now overseen five consecutive wins in all competitions, and a triumph for his side against the visitors would represent his team's 10th succes in 12 fixtures.

There is no reason to think that Olympiacos will not use the same lineup that they used against Marseille on October 15, so expect to see Roman Yaremchuk start as a striker ahead of number 10 Chiquinho.

Sparta Prague should be pleased by the start they have made to the league phase, with the club taking three points from Ararat Armenia in matchweek one after winning 4-1, before taking a point from their 1-1 stalemate with Lillestrom on October 15.

However, the visitors would have claimed a second Europa League victory had they not conceded a 92nd-minute equaliser, and they will be immensely disappointed to have conceded despite facing just two shots on target.

Manager Brian Priske will hope to extend his unbeaten streak, with his side undefeated in their last seven matches, a period in which they won five times.

In the frontline, expect to see centre-forward Jonatan Braut Brunes supported by wingers Ebrima Singhateh and Matej Jurasek.

Whispers predicts: Olympiacos 2-1 Sparta Prague

While the game will be fiercely contested, the bookmakers view the home side favourably at 1/2 (1.5).

Considering the hosts have conceded just one goal in their last five games, a strong starting bet would be Under 1.5 Goals for Sparta Prague at 2/9 (1.22).

However, both sides have not often been shut out, so it would make sense to back Both Teams to Score at 10/11 (1.91).

Olympiacos attacker Jota Silva has averaged the most shots per 90 of any player in the squad in the Europa League (five), making a bet of Jota Silva to Score at 11/5 (3.2) the way to go.

📈 Olympiacos vs. Sparta Prague — Whispers' Tips

> Under 1.5 Goals for Sparta Prague at 2/9 (1.22) | Likelihood: High

> Both Teams to Score at 10/11 (1.91) | Likelihood: Medium

> Jota Silva to Score at 11/5 (3.2) | Likelihood: Low
