With Savinho reportedly set to leave this summer, Manchester City have established a minimum fee for the Brazilian winger.
A member of the City Group since 2022, Savinho really broke through during the 2023-24 season with Girona. He was subsequently signed by Manchester City and has become a key part of Pep Guardiola’s squad. However, while his explosive wing play impresses fans, his lack of end-product is often criticised.
City are reportedly keen to replace him with a more clinical option in the final third, with Rodrygo available from Real Madrid – a player the Premier League champions highly rate. This has pushed Savinho towards the exit, and Tottenham are said to be keen on securing his services. The Spurs are understood to have made an initial offer of around €50m, but City have set their price at £67m, according to Times Sport.

Spurs warned over high price tag
That figure is substantial, particularly for a player who scored just three goals last season, including only one in the Premier League. Nevertheless, Savinho’s talent is undeniable, and the 21-year-old still has plenty of room to develop. Tottenham are in the process of overhauling their attacking options, and the arrival of Savinho would fit perfectly into Thomas Frank’s plans.
The message to Spurs is clear: they will need to dig deep if they want to see Savinho in a Tottenham shirt. It is worth noting that the North London club’s record signing remains Dominic Solanke at €64.3m. Club chiefs are likely to weigh up their next move carefully before submitting what could be the biggest offer in their history.
