Malmo will be looking to make a mark in qualifying by recording a very comfortable home victory. KI could only manage a 0-0 draw in their second leg of qualifying last time out but it was all they needed after winning their first-leg.

Malmo vs KI prediction: Huge task for the away side
Key stats
- KI became the first Faroese club side to reach the group stages of a European competition last season
- Malmo have reached one Champions League final in 1978
- Di Blae are yet to lose at home this season
Correct score prediction: Malmo 4-1 KI
With Malmo having not lost a single game at home in their domestic season, it would be a huge ask for KI to go over to Sweden and cause an upset. However, the Swedish giants have conceded in back-to-back home games, so there's a chance for the Faroese club to get on the scoresheet.
Pre-game odds and win probability: Malmo to take a commanding lead
- Home: 1/6 (1.17) – 85.7%
- Draw: 6/1 (7.0) – 14.3%
- Away: 14/1 (15.0) – 6.7%
Malmo are the overwhelming favourites for this tie and it's no surprise given how much more experienced they are in the Champions League, but also European football in general. It would be a major shock if anything but a home win materialised midweek.
KI could still find themselves on the scoresheet given Malmo haven't always been watertight at the back this season. You can also find further free betting tips on our dedicated page if you want more than just the BTTS market.
Most recent H2Hs: No history between these two sides
It's no surprise that these two sides have never met given KI are usually not at this stage of the qualifiers. However, they look to be causing a stir in Europe having not lost a single domestic league game this term and will be pushing Malmo all the way.
Malmo preview: A potential banana skin to avoid
Malmo are a huge club in European football as well as back home in Sweden having come within inches of winning a Champions League in 1978 but were beaten by Nottingham Forest. While they are not that same beast in Europe, they're quite often qualifying for the group stages of Europe's elite competition and will have hopes of doing that this season.
Predicted lineup: Friedrich (GK), Busanello, Zatterstrom, Jansson, Stryger Larsen, Pena, Johnsen, Bolin, Nanasi, Thelin, Botheim

KI preview: A huge task awaits the Faroese side
KI came incredibly close to making the Champions League group stages last season but were eventually dumped out by Molde in extra-time of their third-round qualifying tie. They ended up in the Europa Conference League but will be hoping to claim a major scalp and shock Malmo this week.

Player to watch: Isaac Kiese Thelin
There is one obvious danger man KI must watch out for: the 32-year-old Isaac Kiese Thelin. The Sweden international has already scored 16 goals this season across all competitions in just 20 appearances.
Thelin has scored six goals in his last seven league appearances, so he'll be licking his lips at the thought of playing at home to KI. The veteran striker only played 32 minutes in Malmo's last game, showing he could well have been rested in preparation for this midweek clash.
