- DRAW: 12/5 (3.40) – 29.4%
- AWAY: 21/20 (2.05) – 48.8%
*odds from Ladbrokes, subject to change
Heidenheim won 2-1 at FC Copenhagen in the Conference League in midweek and fatigue might be an issue for the 27/10 underdogs on Sunday following their midweek efforts.
Mainz drew 0-0 with Augsburg in their last outing and the 21/20 favourites are still in a decent position in 7th spot in the Bundesliga standings. View more of our latest football predictions and analysis on our dedicated page.

Player to watch – Jonathan Burkardt
Goals could be at a premium on Sunday but Mainz talisman Jonathan Burkardt is as likely as anyone to break the deadlock at the Voith-Arena.

Burkardt is a potential match winner
Burkardt came off the bench in the 67th minute of Mainz’s 0-0 draw with Augsburg last weekend and had two attempts at goal in that stalemate. The 24-year-old, who has already scored 12 times in the Bundesliga this term, should be an even bigger threat from the start on Sunday.
