Leyton Orient

Leyton saw their 3-game unbeaten run ending on Saturday when they lost 0-1 away vs Fleetwood. The display was nervy and lacked cutting edge in this match, which was why the defeat was suffered.

Despite this last result the O’s are enjoying their return to League One so far and they have been solid if not hugely impressive.

Leyton will be missing their lively midfielder Galbraith in this match. He is serving a ban. Also, the starting centre-back Thompson is still sidelined. Another important defender Beckles threatens to miss too as he picked up a knock on Saturday and now needs a late fitness test.

Predicted Lineup:

Brynn (GK), Cooper, Happe James, Archibald, Pratley, El Mizouni, Graham, Moncur, Pigott & Sotiriou

Lincoln

Lincoln ended their 3-game winless run on Saturday with an easy 2-0 home win vs bottom-dwellers Cheltenham. The Imps decided the game early and had the luxury to be preserving energy late on.

Lincoln have been unconvincing in attack and this is the main reason why they struggle to win more matches. This is easily explained by the many injury issues upfront. All of Vale, Taylor and House are strikers who would have played often if fit but they all remain in rehabilitation. At least, Mandroui made his return from an injury off the bench at the weekend and he provides a fresh option in attack.

Predicted Lineup:

Jensen (GK), Jackson, O’Connor, Roughan, Sorensen, Erhahon, Hamilton, Brown, Adelakun, Bishop & Hacket-Fairchild

Starting Lineups

The teams usually announce their starting lineups one hour before the start of the game.
