Manchester United are considering a January move for Leeds United striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin as they assess centre-forward options.

According to The Athletic, the England international is among the names being discussed internally, although a deal is viewed as difficult given the Whites' determination to keep him.

Calvert-Lewin has rediscovered his form since joining Elland Road in 2025, scoring 20 goals in 49 appearances and netting five times already this season.

The report adds that Leeds are keen to extend the 29-year-old's contract, despite growing interest and United's search for cover during Benjamin Sesko's injury absence.

Chelsea are monitoring Trent Alexander-Arnold's situation at Real Madrid as uncertainty continues over his role under Jose Mourinho.

The Blues could offer the Englishman a route back to the Premier League if he decides to leave the Bernabeu, reuniting him with the manager who signed him in Madrid, Xabi Alonso.

Alexander-Arnold has struggled for regular minutes in Madrid and is said to be weighing up his long-term future, per reports, despite remaining determined to fight for his place.

It's believed that Liverpool are unlikely to pursue a reunion, potentially leaving Chelsea as one of the leading contenders should the 28-year-old become available.

Arsenal are involved in a three-way battle for Como defender Jacobo Ramon.

According to the Daily Mail, the Gunners are monitoring the 21-year-old centre-back alongside Chelsea and Manchester United after his impressive performances under Cesc Fabregas.

Ramon's growing reputation has attracted interest from across Europe, although Real Madrid retain significant control over his future through a 50 per cent sell-on clause and a buy-back option.

Chelsea are understood to be long-term admirers of the Spain U21 international, but Arsenal and United are also keeping close tabs on his development in Serie A.
