Man City confirm their stance on Jack Grealish

One of the big developing transfer stories concerns the future of Jack Grealish, with a recent report from TEAMtalk claiming that Manchester City have told the midfielder to start looking for a new club.
Grealish is currently out on loan with Everton, though he has experienced frustrations after enduring a season-ending foot injury just as he was beginning to build serious momentum.
The current loan agreement contains an option to buy, though with the price tag set at a cool £50m, the Toffees are expected to forgo that option and stick with the loan.
Grealish has a contract with City until the summer of 2027, but it is becoming evidently clear that the club are not interested in bringing him back and would rather continue paying a part of his wages while he plays for one of their Premier League rivals.
New Man United deal on the cards for Harry Maguire

According to the latest information from the Daily Mail, Manchester United look increasingly likely to offer Harry Maguire a new contract following his remarkable turnaround under interim boss Michael Carrick.
The England international is out of contract in the summer, though his string of impressive performances has led the United hierarchy to consider making Maguire a new contract offer.
The 32-year-old currently makes £180,000-a-week, and Maguire may have to compromise on a slight salary reduction if he is to remain at Old Trafford beyond the summer.
In terms of alternative options, Maguire’s representatives have reportedly been contacted by AC Milan, while Saudi Pro League side Al-Qadsiah (managed by Brendan Rodgers) are also said to be interested.
Tottenham star linked with European heavyweights

Tottenham are not only at serious risk of being dragged into a Premier League relegation battle, but the club are also fighting to keep star defender Cristian Romero.
According to Spanish news outlet Mundo Deportivo, Real Madrid are one of the clubs that are seriously considering making a move for the 27-year-old.
The Argentine has a contract with Spurs until the summer of 2029, while his estimated transfer value on Transfermarkt remains at around £52m.
Barcelona and Atletico Madrid are also said to be interested, though with the centre-back currently on a £200,000-a-week salary, Los Blancos are in the strongest financial position to make the deal a reality.
