Just three months on from putting pen to paper on a fresh contract, Harry Maguire’s future at Manchester United is once again uncertain following the latest report by Football Insider.
Maguire extended his stay at Old Trafford to 2027, though Michael Carrick’s side are believed to be open to offers for the centre-back.
The news comes just weeks after England manager Thomas Tuchel left the defender out of his World Cup squad – a decision which could ultimately impact Maguire’s value in the transfer market.
According to the report, the United board is expected to have the final say on the matter, with the hierarchy waiting to see what offers land on the table.

Liverpool are hoping to use Cody Gakpo as leverage in their pursuit of RB Leipzig prodigy Yan Diomande, according to latest information by TEAMtalk.
The Reds are one of the leading contenders when it comes to the race for the 19-year-old superstar, and the club are hoping to further improve their bargaining position by including Gakpo in the deal.
Diomande, who is expected to go for upwards of £70m in the summer window, still has a contract with Leipzig which runs up to 2030.
Gakpo, on the other hand, recently put ink on a new long-term contract extension that keeps him tied to Anfield for another four years. A deal involving the Dutch star is unlikely to be completed anytime soon, with the player heading for the World Cup.

Tottenham Hotspur had their second bid rejected for Brighton defender Jan Paul van Hecke, according to talkSPORT.
Spurs are looking to further strengthen their defensive options having already signed Andy Robertson from Liverpool earlier this week.
Van Hecke is heading into the final year of his contract with the Seagulls, yet the south coast club are still looking for around £50m.
Spurs may soon have to turn their attention to finding a goalkeeper, with Italy international Guglielmo Vicario emerging as one of the top transfer targets for Juventus.
