As we head into the final two matchdays of the Premier League season, clubs are already shifting focus to what promises to be a frantic summer window.

Football Whispers takes a look at today’s biggest transfer headlines:

Everton are reportedly looking to bring one of their former stars back to Goodison Park this summer.

The club are said to be ‘in talks' with John Stones over a return to Merseyside, with the defender expected to leave Manchester City at the end of the season.

Stones, now 31, has struggled for regular minutes under Pep Guardiola, squeezed out by fierce competition and hampered by recurring injuries.

Even so, the England international, who spent three seasons at Everton before his £47.5 million move to City, could still prove a smart addition on a free transfer, given his experience and trophy‑laden CV.

Andrea Cambiaso emerges as Arsenal target

Arsenal could once again turn to Serie A for defensive reinforcements this summer, if reports are to be believed.

Juventus full‑back Andrea Cambiaso has emerged as a potential target, with the 26‑year‑old expected to be made available for transfer.

The Gunners aren’t alone in their interest, though, as Premier League rivals Liverpool and Manchester United have also been linked with a move.

Cambiaso is valued at around £30 million, a fee that could represent strong value for Arsenal as they look to strengthen at right‑back ahead of the summer window.

Man Utd are believed to be among the clubs showing interest in signing AC Milan defender Strahinja Pavlovic.

Reports in Italy claim the Red Devils have ‘concrete interest' in the 24-year-old centre-back, who has established himself as a regular at San Siro.

Crystal Palace are also said to be in the mix, having been one of the first clubs to check on his availability ahead of the summer window.

The Italian giants are reluctant to sell the Serbia international, though they could be tempted by an offer in the region of £34 million.
