Latest transfer news today: Arsenal forward linked with move to Turkey as Nottingham Forest eye Man City midfielder

We are now less than two weeks away from the start of the new Premier League season, and clubs across the country are hard at work trying to complete last-minute deals before their first games of the season.

While we have already seen some mega deals, including Bruno Guimaraes to Arsenal and Morgan Rogers to Chelsea, there is a feeling that some of the biggest deals are yet to be completed.

Check out the latest transfer rumours below.

Gabriel Martinelli eyed by Galatasaray

Gabriel Martinelli is reportedly a hot topic of conversation in Istanbul as Turkish giants Galatasaray plot a big-money move for the Arsenal winger.

According to Talksport, Galatasaray have approached Arsenal over a move for the Brazilian, and the Gunners are said to be open to negotiating, provided they can secure another left winger.

Arsenal have already brought in Christos Tzolis from Club Brugge, but after letting Leandro Trossard depart, they would be light on the left should Martinelli leave for Turkey.

After failing in their attempts to sign Vinicius Jr from Real Madrid, Arsenal could now turn their attention to Bradley Barcola, with Liverpool struggling to complete a deal for the Frenchman.

Nottingham Forest target Tijjani Reijnders

Nottingham Forest are reportedly considering a move for Tijjani Reijnders, with the Manchester City midfielder now well down the pecking order at the Etihad Stadium.

Despite only signing for the club last summer, Reijnders will find playing time hard to come by next season following the signing of Elliot Anderson, and Nottingham Forest could offer him a way out.

According to Football Insider, Forest have slapped a £55m asking price on Reijnders, but this wouldn't be an issue for Forest as they look to replace Anderson.

City ideally want to keep Reijnders, particularly if Rodri ends up staying at the club, but would not stand in Reijnders' way if he pushes for a move.

Man Utd turn to David Raum

After being told that Lewis Hall is not for sale at any cost, Manchester United are reportedly now looking at David Raum as the search for a new left-back continues at Old Trafford.

According to the Athletic, the RB Leipzig left-back has a release clause of under £34m, and the Red Devils are considering triggering it before the new season begins.

Raum has been a consistent performer for Leipzig over the past couple of seasons, registering 28 assists across all competitions over the past three seasons, and could offer Luke Shaw healthy competition.

Raum is into the final year of his contract in Germany, and could even be attained for less than his release clause.
