Malmo will look to finish off their Champions League second qualifying round tie with Ki on Tuesday, 30 July when the two sides meet in the Faroe Islands.
The first leg was a one-sided affair with the Swedish side running out comfortable 4-1 winners and provided they treat the second leg seriously, a similar scoreline could be on the cards again.
Ki will be proud that they managed to score an away goal against Malmo and will treat this as nothing more than an opportunity to test themselves against a high-quality opponent.
As part of our latest round of Champions League betting tips, here is our Ki vs Malmo prediction.

Ki vs Malmo prediction: More of the same from Malmo
Key stats
- Malmo defeated Ki 4-1 in the first leg last week.
- Malmo have won four of their last five matches in all competitions.
- Eight of Malmo's last night matches have seen more than two goals scored.
Correct score prediction: Ki 1-3 Malmo
Malmo flexed their muscles last week, showing Ki just how potent they can be in front of goal. The Swedish giants are at their best when going forward and they have scored 3+ goals in three of their last four matches. Ki, meanwhile, have scored at least once in four of their last five matches so it would be a shock for them not to get on the scoresheet on Tuesday.
Pre-game odds and win probability: Malmo backed as heavy favourites
- HOME: 7/1 (8.00) – 12.5%
- DRAW: 9/2 (5.50) – 18.2%
- AWAY: 1/3 (1.33) – 75%
*odds from Ladbrokes, subject to change
After last week's result, it's clear that the bookies see this one as a bit of a mismatch. The Ki v Malmo odds indicate that the Swedish side should record another win on Tuesday night and qualify without any concerns. Malmo are priced at 1/3 with Ladbrokes to secure victory while a Ki win is priced at 7/1.

Ki vs Malmo: European history
Competing at this level is something that Malmo should be far more comfortable with than their opponents. Malmo's best performance in the Champions League came in 1979 when they made it all the way to the final, only to lose to Nottingham Forest.
In comparison, Ki are novices but they should take some confidence from the fact that they qualified for the Europa Conference League group stages last season.
Ki preview: All eyes on the Europa League
Last season, Ki made it through to the third round of qualifying for the Champions League before eventually dropping into the Europa Conference League. They had a decent run in that competition but they will be aiming for a run in the Europa League this time around.
Predicted Lineup: Jensen (GK), Berntsson, Yamere, Faero, Danielsen, Ejupi, Joensen, Kronberg, Odermarksbakken, Klettskard & Frederiksberg

Player to watch: Isaac Thelin

Isaac Thelin is currently in his third spell at Malmo and is playing as well as he ever has done for the Swedish giants. At the age of 32, Thelin has hit double figures for the third season in a row and will be their biggest threat on Tuesday night.
Thelin is currently enjoying his best run of form of the season, which is the last thing Ki need right now. He has scored six goals in his last nine appearances but is still looking to break his duck in Europe.
