Shakhtar Donetsk preview: Changes expected
With the comfortable 6-0 first-leg victory, Coach Arda Turan is expected to make changes to the lineup on Thursday to give other players in the squad playing time, as the tie is essentially done and dusted.
Barring a shocking upset in the second leg, Shakhtar will face Besiktas in Round 2 of the Europa League qualifiers as they hope to reach the league phase of this competition.
The Ukrainian giants have quite a number of Brazilian players in their squad who will likely see action this midweek. Alisson Santana scored twice and registered three assists in the first leg. Interestingly, all six goals were scored by Brazilians.
Predicted lineup: Riznyk (GK), Konoplia, Bondar, Matviyenko, Henrique, Gomes, Alisson, Bondarenko, Sudakov, Kevin & Elias.

Player to watch: Alisson Santana

Alisson Santana put in a man-of-the-match performance when these teams clashed last week, registering two goals and three assists. This is over twice as many goal involvements as he had since joining Shakhtar Donetsk from Atletico Mineiro in March. Should he start on Thursday, it will be interesting to see how the 19-year-old performs.
