🔥 Our Hot tip

England to win to nil

England have won five of their six matches under Thomas Tuchel without conceding a goal.

England will take on Wales in an international friendly on Thursday, 9 October, in a match that should be hotly contested by two teams from the United Kingdom.

Although both nations have bigger fish to fry with respect to World Cup qualifiers later in the international break, neither manager will want to lose this one, for the sake of their fans more than anything.

As part of our list of international betting tips this week, check out our England vs Wales prediction below.

England vs Wales prediction: A comfortable night ahead of the hosts

Key Stats

  • England have won four of their last five matches on home soil without conceding a goal.
  • Wales have failed to score in six of their last seven matches against England.
  • Harry Kane has scored 13 goals in his last seven appearances for club and country.

Correct score prediction: England 2-0 Wales

England seemed to find something in their last match against Serbia, and the momentum from that match should be enough to see them cruise to a win on Thursday night.

Player to watch: Harry Kane

Harry Kane has spoken out in the press this week about his doubts over whether he will ever return to the Premier League, so England matches at Wembley could be our only opportunity to watch the former Spurs man in action on these shores. Kane has been electric so far this season, and will fancy his chances of scoring more goals this week.
