It looked as if Drita would lose the first leg of the first qualifying round after conceding in the 25th minute, but an 82nd-minute strike from Blerim Krasniqi rescued what will no doubt be seen as a positive result ahead of the second leg.
The hosts are not exactly European heavyweights given they have only advanced past the qualifying rounds of a UEFA competition once in their history, though that campaign was the 2025-26 Conference League.
