Colorado Rapids have been one of the poorest teams in the Western Conference this campaign, losing 10 of their 17 matches so far. Only bottom-placed Sporting Kansas City have lost more (11).
They resumed their season with a narrow 1-0 win over San Diego FC, before succumbing to St. Louis City a few days later by the same scoreline.
Matt Wells’s outfit have lost four of their last seven league matches, including three of their last four on home turf.
