Player to watch: Matthieu Epolo
Matthieu Epolo put up a solid performance in Standard Liege's goalless draw at Genk last weekend. Interestingly, that was his first career clean sheet. Although the 19-year-old played for Standard Liege's U-23 team last season, he has been fully promoted to the senior team, starting in seven consecutive matches.
Given how well he performed in the team's season opener, it will be interesting to see if Epolo can hold his own against the First Division A's defending champions.
