A genuine star and undisputed starter at Chelsea, Enzo Fernandez is attracting interest from Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid. Ahead of the summer window, the Blues have already set his asking price.

The January transfer window closed its doors in most major European leagues on Monday, February 2. However, rumours never stop in football. Caught Offside have provided an update on the Enzo Fernandez situation. The Chelsea midfielder is reported to be on the radar of PSG and Real Madrid.

Enzo Fernandez: Bellingham's replacement in Madrid?

TeamTalk have already revealed that the Blues would not be opposed to a departure for the Argentine international next summer. According to the British outlet, the 25-year-old's future is uncertain for the summer. Yet, with 11 goals and 4 assists this season, the midfielder is undroppable at the London club and Liam Rosenior is counting on him.

However, “his sporting ambitions, financial reality and external interest are beginning to converge,” reports Caught Offside. Real Madrid are interested in his profile and consider him the ideal replacement for Jude Bellingham. Los Blancos see him as a potential leader of their midfield.

PSG tracking Fernandez as Chelsea demand over £84m

Bellingham is not necessarily heading for the exit, but the Spanish giants are not ruling out that possibility and are therefore closely monitoring the Chelsea star. The price could be a stumbling block in this case. Indeed, the British outlet reveals that the Premier League club are expected to demand between £85m and £94m (€100m-€110m) for Enzo Fernandez next summer.

A significant sum, but lower than the £106.8m (€121m) the Blues spent in January 2023 to sign the Argentine from Benfica. PSG are also in the mix. The European champions see the Argentine as a potential marquee signing for next season. The French side, who have spent little this season, appear to have the means to meet Chelsea's demands.
