Player to watch: Nick Shinton
After conceding 14 times in his first seven league games, first-choice goalkeeper Davor Matijas was benched in favour of Nick Shinton. Although the former Club Brugge shot-stopper conceded three times in his debut against Charleroi last season, he put in an impressive performance, making eight saves.
Considering Sint-Truidense have been one of the lowest-scoring teams in the First Division A this season, it will be interesting to see how Shinton performs this weekend.
