Bayern Munich odds: 29/20 (2.45)  – 40.8%

Elsewhere, the both teams to score market is priced at 4/9 (1.44%) which is hardly surprising given the last H2H finished 4-3 just a couple of months ago. If you want to back Man Utd's penalty taker, Bruno Fernandes, to get on the scoresheet, then you can get odds of 14/5 (26.3%) on the Portuguese midfielder.

Man Utd vs Bayern Munich prediction

Man Utd vs Bayern Munich team news

Man Utd

Erik ten Hag is expected to make wholesale changes for the match against Bayern Munich after United's embarrassing performance against Bournemouth on Saturday.

Marcus Rashford could be recalled, while Kobbie Mainoo and Rasmus Hojlund are almost certain to start. Raphael Varane could also come back into the starting XI to allow Luke Shaw to play in his favoured left-back role.

Ten Hag could also welcome back some injured players for this one. Casemiro and Amad Diallo are back in training, while Mason Mount will face a late fitness test.

Predicted Lineup

Onana – Dalot, Maguire, Varane, Shaw – Casemiro, Mainoo, Fernandes – Garnacho, Hojlund, Rashford

Bayern Munich

Bayern Munich also suffered a heavy defeat at the weekend which has left Thomas Tuchel raging. The ex-Chelsea boss was always likely to make changes for this one due to qualification being secured, but he has even more reason to do so now. One man who definitely won't be playing is Sergie Gnabry after the winger suffered a serious injury in the loss to Frankfurt at the weekend.

Predicted Lineup

Neuer – Laimer, Upamecano, Kim, Guerreiro – Kimmich, Goretzka – Sane, Muller, Musiala – Kane

Confirmed lineups will appear here around 60 minutes before kickoff.

Player to watch – Harry Kane

Harry Kane has a good H2H record against Man Utd with six goals and three assists against the Red Devils. Considering the defensive frailties at United at this moment in time, it's difficult to imagine Kane not getting ample opportunity to add to those figures on Tuesday night should he start the game.
