Aston Villa preview: Edged past Tottenham
Aston Villa had the home advantage in the fourth round of the FA Cup earlier this month against Tottenham Hotspurs.
Marcus Rashford came off the bench to make his Aston Villa debut in this game, a game that got off to a flying start as Jacob Ramsey fired the hosts in front inside the opening minute. Morgan Rogers made it 2-0 in the 64th minute which meant that Tottenham's stoppage-time goal proved only to be a consolation as Aston Villa claimed a 2-1 victory.
Pau Torres, Boubacar Kamara, Amadou Onana and Ross Barkley look set to be joined on the sidelines by goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez after the Argentine picked up an injury at the weekend against Crystal Palace.

Cardiff preview: Needed penalties to defeat Stoke
The Bluebirds made the trip to fellow Championship side Stoke City in the last round of the FA Cup for what turned out to be a six-goal thriller.
Rubin Colwill put the visitors in front after just eight minutes and teammate Yousef Salech doubled Cardiff's lead in the 19th minute. Stoke pulled a goal back shortly before the break and equalised in the first minute of the second half before taking the lead in the 57th minute. Cardiff got back onto level terms in the 68th minute via Colwill's second of the game and the match had to be decided on penalties.
Stoke missed two of their opening four spot kicks while Cardiff converted four of their opening five to book their place in the fifth round.
Ollie Tanner, Jesper Daland and David Turnbull could all miss the trip to Villa Park this week through injury.

Player to watch: Marcus Rashford
Marcus Rashford joined Aston Villa in an attemtped to rejuvinate his stagnating career but the former England international has struggled to break into the starting lineup so far.

Rashford has made five appearacnes in all competitions since joining Villa in January but has only started one of those matches. The Manchester United loanee has shown glimpses of the talent we all know lies inside the 27-year-old but he is yet to stake his claim for a starting role.
Rashford will be desperate to start against Cardiff
We're expecting Rashford to start in the FA Cup on Friday night where he really needs to put in an impressive performance if he wants to to feature in Unai Emery's starting lineup on a regular basis.
