Armenia will take on Moldova in an international friendly at Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium on Tuesday evening, with both teams preparing for next window's competitive games.

Both Armenia and Moldova come into this game looking to end their respective winless streaks.
The Armenians last won a game in September 2025 during the World Cup qualifiers, a shocking 2-1 triumph against Ireland, their only victory during the qualifying series as they finished bottom of a Group F that also had Portugal and Hungary.
After that win, the Havakakan lost five straight matches, failing to score in the first three, though they have now ended that streak of losses with a 1-1 draw against Kazakhstan on Saturday.
Yegishe Melikyan will hope his side can leave Tuesday’s game with a win, setting the right tone before September Nations League games against Montenegro and Latvia.
Meanwhile, Moldova have been on a longer winless run, last recording any victory in 2024, and it was against Andorra in a Nations League game.
Lilian Popescu, who became coach of the team in 2025, is yet to record any victory after seven matches in charge, losing five times along with two draws.
However, they also had a bit of a glimmer last time out, as they scored late in a 2-2 draw with Bulgaria to end a run of four straight losses. With Kazakhstan, Faroe Islands and Slovakia in their Nations League group, Moldova will hope this game serves as adequate preparation before those fixtures come rolling in September.

Whispers predicts: Armenia 1-1 Moldova
Both teams have shown that they can score goals in recent games, but their leaky defences remain the same. With this in mind, backing both teams to score at 107/100 (2.07) looks like a good option.
However, we believe that they will also be too cautious defensively and this might see the game produce less than 3.5 goals, which is priced at 1/4 (1.25).
> Under 3.5 goals at 1/4 (1.25)| Likelihood: Likely
> Both teams to score at 107/100 (2.07) | Likelihood: Probable
> Match result – Draw at 27/10 (3.70) | Likelihood: Possible
> Correct score – 1-1 at 31/5 (7.20) | Likelihood: Outsider
