Player to watch: Mario Stroeykens
Anderlecht's Mario Stroeykens is one of the top young talents in Belgium football and has made an impressive start to the new campaign.
The 19-year-old featured heavily for his club last season, making 38 appearances in the league alone, 29 of which were starts. Stroeykens scored five goals during that successful campaign and has already scored two and provided two assists in his opening seven games of the 2024/25 season.
The young midfielder has starred for Anderlecht in the early stages of the season
We're excited to see how this young midfielder develops over the coming season and have backed him as our player to watch on Saturday against Charleroi as he has more goals and assists than any other Anderlecht player right now.
