In my Caesars sportsbook review for 2026, I’ll go through each of the best and most notable features and point out areas where the sportsbook is lacking. I’ve been using online sports betting websites and apps since they hit the US in 2018, and have reviewed dozens of sportsbooks over the years.
Here’s my category-by-category review of Caesars Sportsbook.
- Rewards program
- User experience
- NFL live streaming
- Daily odds boosts
- Slow payout times
- Odds can vary greatly
- Prop bet markets could be better
Caesars Sportsbook: A guide to available sports and markets
One of the reasons why Caesars is one of the best sportsbooks in the US is that it offers plenty of variety in terms of sports markets, and they’re all easy to access, except for props. Although they do offer a variety of props, you can’t simply look at all the player props that are on offer for an NFL gam,e for example.
As someone who loves prop bets, this was a bit inconvenient. Besides that, the site offers a variety of futures with some pretty creative wagers.
In this Caesars review, I also want to emphasize the range of leagues Caesars offers for each sport. Although they don’t have the most comprehensive list of sports available, they had all the ones I was interested in and more. I like having the option to use just one sportsbook for all my betting, even though I usually shop around for odds anyway.
The range of bet types at Caesars was pretty impressive. If you want to wager on a match-up, there’s everything you might need, including all kinds of straight bets, parlays and SGPs, futures, and robust live betting.

NBA Betting markets
Caesars has a partnership with the NBA, so it’s no surprise that Caesars is full of betting choices for basketball. It’s got a massive range of futures, game props, player props, half props, and just about anything else you could want to bet on.
Betting options: Live Betting
One of the things that set Caesars apart from the pack for me was the live betting functionality. When you’re live betting, the stats are right there, plus there is text commentary right there as well, which many sportsbooks don’t offer. This makes it easier to make well-informed decisions that make the difference between winning and losing.
Caesars Sportsbook Odds Review
When creating my Caesars review, I checked the odds for every type of bet across a variety of sports against the top competition. Caesars’ odds were competitive overall, with particularly good straight bet odds. However, I’ve noticed that Caesars doesn’t post its odds as quickly as some of its competitors, like DraftKings or FanDuel, for less common bets, such as team totals.
Caesar’s NFL and MLB odds are highly competitive, but not so much for the NBA. Odds can vary greatly for props and futures.
Caesars Sportsbook Review: Bonuses & Promotions
Caesars Sportsbook Sign-up Offer – What is the Caesars Sign-Up Offer on Sports?
Caesars Sportsbook has an attractive welcome bonus for new users. It gives you a first bet match of up to $250, meaning you’ll receive a bonus bet equal to 100% of your first wager amount. You can use the bonus bet on any type of wager you choose, and you have 30 days to use it before it expires.
To take advantage of the offer, just use the Caesars Sportsbook promo code when you sign up.
Caesars Sportsbook Review: Loyalty Program
Caesars Sportsbook offers a Caesars Rewards program to all players. You can opt in by linking your account to an existing Caesars Rewards program, such as the one used for their hotels and physical casinos, or by creating a new account.
Caesars Rewards is by far the best loyalty program among US bookmakers. It allows users to spend their Reward Credits in a variety of ways, like retailer gift cards, Caesars merch, prizes, and bonus funds for placing bets.
You can also earn Tier Credits the more you wager through the platform and the more you spend on other Caesars assets, like hotels and casinos. Tier Credits are awarded at a ten-to-one ratio, meaning a $10 wager gives you one Tier Credit. Depending on how many Tier Credits you have, you’ll belong to one of six tiers:
- Gold – 0-5000
- Platinum – 5000-15,000
- Diamond – 15,000-25,000
- Diamond Plus – 25,000-75,000
- Elite – 75,000 – 150,000
- Seven Stars – 150,000+
The higher the tier, the more benefits and rewards you can earn, like free hotel stays, gifts, and more.
Other Promotions for Existing Customers
Caesars offers a nice variety of promos that active users can use to their benefit. This is one of the perks of using Caesars Sportsbook, so let’s take a closer look at what types of promos they offer other than the welcome bonus, which we covered above.
Super Boosts
Caesars Sportsbook offers plenty of profit boosts and boosted odds, even changing them daily. Their odds boosts can be a mixed bag, but from my experience, they’ve hit around 50% for the sports I’m interested in. That’s definitely good. As long as you’re selective about which boosts you choose, you can hit with them fairly often.
Make sure you opt in by selecting the one you want and opting in manually.
Special Promos & Giveaways
Caesars also offers unique promo offers at times, which can depend on the season and events coming up, so it’s a good idea to check the Promotions section often. There are also free contests and giveaways that you can take advantage of to win prizes for free.
Friend Referrals
Caesars has a refer-a-friend offer that gives both you and the friend you referred up to 50,000 Reward Credits for their loyalty program. If your referred friend makes a deposit and wagers $50 or more in total, you both get the Reward Credits within a week. The friend must never have had an account before and must be at least 21 to qualify.
I checked reviews on the app store to see what people really think about the app. It has mostly positive feedback, but some disgruntled customers left scathing remarks. This is rather normal for any sportsbook app, though.

For this Caesars review, I tried a variety of withdrawal methods. Although withdrawal times at Caesars Sportsbook aren’t among the fastest in the sports betting industry, they’re still reasonable.

Caesars Mobile App Overview
The Caesars sportsbook app is one of the strong points of an already great bookie. In fact, it’s one of the best US sportsbook apps. From the layout and interface to the performance and betting menu, the app functions extremely well and has everything you need. There can be some lag sometimes, but this is relatively normal, and very few sportsbook apps have no lag.
Just like on the main site, you can toggle the odds presentation between decimal, fractional, and American. I prefer the American system but it’s nice to have the option, especially if you consume a lot of international sports media and like to bet on a wide array of international sports.

Caesars Sportsbook Safety and Security Review
I always felt totally safe using Caesars Sportsbook. Caesars has an excellent reputation as one of the biggest names in Vegas. They’re legit and have been for decades.
The website and app use SSL encryption, the current standard. This keeps all of your data secure and safe throughout every transaction.
Caesars also holds licenses from the relevant regulators in each state where it operates, such as the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. These regulators ensure that the bookmaker is fair and honest in all its services offered to punters.
Caesars has a normal amount of negative comments on sites like Trustpilot compared to other sportsbooks, which is common in the industry. However, they have solid ratings on app stores.
Caesars Sportsbook Customer Support
The Caesars brand is known for excellent customer service, which is true for their sportsbook. However, there are times when it can be difficult to reach someone, especially by phone.
The fact that Caesars even offers phone support is a plus, though, since most sportsbooks don’t offer this. But the customer support experience isn’t totally flawless. Live chat works well and is sometimes better than calling.

Caesars Sportsbook History
Caesars was founded in 1973 with the opening of Caesar’s Palace Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Over the years, the brand grew, opening more casinos across the country. Today, the company is known as Caesars Entertainment and includes many different operations, including Caesars sportsbook.
Caesars Sportsbook made a big move in 2021 when it purchased European sportsbook William Hill and gave it a facelift. It sold off William Hill’s European assets to 888 Holdings for a whopping $3 billion.
Caesars is now an official NBA partner and operates in 16 US states and Ontario, Canada. It has a reputation for being one of the best sportsbooks available.
In Which States is Caesars Sportsbook Legal?
Caesars is legal in 18 states, plus D.C. These include:
- Arizona
- Colorado
- Illinois
- Indiana
- Iowa
- Kansas
- Louisiana
- Maryland
- Michigan
- Nevada
- New Jersey
- New York
- Ohio
- Pennsylvania
- Tennessee
- Virginia
- West Virginia
- Washington D.C.
- Wyoming
The same mobile app is used for any state. Everything in the app is the same regardless of what state you register from, except for the occasional variance in promotions. For example, you might see an odds boost for your local pro sports team. You might see promos for the Red Sox if you live in Massachusetts.
Since the app is virtually the same across states, an overall review like this one has all the information you need. If you were to search for a Caesars Sportsbook Massachusetts review or the Caesars Sportsbook Ohio review, you would find the same information as on a NJ Caesars Sportsbook review or a Caesars Sportsbook Review Iowa.
