FanDuel inked a partnership with Mohegan Sun Casino to commence online sports betting in CT in October 2021. The sportsbook is licensed by the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Commission and the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection.

Tennessee
FanDuel was launched in November 2020, making TN the 8th state where the bookie operates. TN only allows online sports betting. There are no physical casinos in the state.

Illinois
FanDuel partnered with Par-A-Dice Casino to launch online sports betting in Prairie State. Besides the mobile app and online platform, players from IL can bet in-person at Par-A-Dice Casino and Horse Racing at Fairmount Park. The Hoosier State became the 4th state to launch a FanDuel sports betting mobile app. The sportsbook went live in October 2019 via a partnership agreement with Blue Chip Casino Hotel and Spa.

Maryland
Is FanDuel legal in Maryland ? Yes, now that sports betting is officially legal in Maryland, FanDuel Maryland Sportsbook is a great place to place your wagers. Partnering with the Cordish Companies, called Live! Casino in Hanover, FanDuel has successfully applied for a sports betting license. Countries and states where FanDuel is restricted
Gambling in the US is heavily restricted, and thus every state has its own set of laws. If you are within the states motioned below, you won’t get access to the FanDuel sportsbook:

Can I access FanDuel sportsbook while abroad?
If you are not a resident of FanDuel betting states, you won’t be able to register an account. Worse still, if you have a legitimate account and travel abroad, you will be barred from the platform in your new location.
