Though reviews are always lower on Trustpilot, which they are with Betfair, those using the app via Google Play and the App Store highly rate the brand. Low reviews tend to come from people who have lost money or not gotten what they wanted, which we keep in mind.

Brands as big as Betfair cannot afford bad security. During my Betfair review, I found that they remain solid, have great encryption, have an up-to-date privacy policy, and are fully licensed and regulated.

Again, when I review Betfair I’m not disappointed with the mobile offering. True, you’ll see a bigger platform if using the brand in the UK or Ireland but betting on the move in Australia is still a good experience with them.

I gave them an 8/10 for mobile betting, based primarily on the easy-to-use free app.

You can bet on the mobile website, though the app is free to download and is seen as more convenient for most people. Some of the app’s top features include:

Betfair customer support – solid but missing a chatbot

I gave the brand a solid 8/10 in the Betfair review for customer service.

Firstly, their operatives are very knowledgeable and offer terrific service. They will always be able to help out. If you give Betfair a call or wait for an email acknowledgement you’ll find this out.

So, why not 10/10? There’s no live chat system, which has always been my preference. You can get answers in writing and real time with live chat.
