Right off the bat, we have tremendous Ismale Kone. Kone turned 22 on the 16th of June, but before doing so, he was named Canada Soccer Young Player of the Year. As selected by the Men’s Team Programs, Kone rightfully scooped the high honor of being named The Best in Canada.

His undeniable quality didn’t go unnoticed in Europe. Ligue 1 giants Club Marseille have snapped him up on a five-year deal, as they obviously see him as one for the future.

Previously, Kone was playing for CF Montreal Impact and England’s Watford. He made a name for himself as one the best young Canadian soccer players out there and Marseille were quick to react by signing him.

Born in Oakville, Ontario, Daniel Jebbison has spent his life in England. He has represented England with the U18, U19, and U20 teams across different competitions. And he did well to score two goals in 13 official appearances. However, he has still yet to make a debut for England’s Men National Team, which means he is still eligible to pick his home country in the future.

We consider Jebbison as one of the best young Canadian soccer players right now not only because he hasn’t made a decision regarding his future, but also because he is performing at a very high level despite his young age. The 21-year-old striker made 20 appearances for Burton Albion during the 2023/24 season, scoring on seven occasions. AFC Bournemouth reacted quickly by snapping him up on a four-year deal costing the Cherries a total of £1.5m.

Luc de Fougerolles

Fougerolles’ situation is opposite to Jebbison’s. Unlike Bournemouth’s starlet Fougerolles was actually born in England. He had the opportunity to represent the Three Lions but he opted to play for CANMNT instead.

Fougerolles made two appearances for Canada during the Copa America and from what everyone saw, it’s fair to say Fougerolles is one for the future as well. Currently, he plays for Premier League’s Fulham. Cottagers are lucky to have such a diamond on the roster and we are convinced coach Marco Silva will give one of the best young Canadian soccer players out there plenty of minutes during the lengthy 2024/25 Premier League campaign.

Victor Loturi

Ross County are the lucky ones to enjoy Loturi’s undeniable talents. The Scottish team signed Loturi back in 2022 and ever since then, the talented midfielder has made a total of 56 official appearances. He even scored his first goal for the club!

Loturi is marked as one of the best young Canadian soccer players as of 2024, as he just recently turned 23. Surely, he has a bright future ahead of him. It’s up to him to keep impressing. Sooner or later, he will attract the interest of a more prolific club.
