Barcelona preview: Enjoying a quiet summer
Barcelona don't have a lot of cash to splash these days but the signing of Pau Victor from Girona for just €2.70m seems to be money well spent.
The young attacker impressed on loan at Barcelona B last season, scoring 18 goals in 35 appearances, and has already slotted right into their senior side this summer, scoring goals against Man City and Real Madrid in the United States.
Chadi Riad, Marc Guiua and Estanis Pedrola have all left the club for small fees, while Sergiño Dest, Sergi Roberto and Marcos Alonso have been allowed to leave on free transfers to free up some much-needed room on the wage bill.
Predicted lineup: ter Stegen (GK), Martínez, Christensen, Balde, Valle, Casadó, Torre, Hernández, Bernal, Lewandowski & Víctor

Player to watch – Pau Víctor
Pau Víctor could turn out to be one of the shroudest signings of the summer if his pre-season form is anything to go by.
Barcelona paid Girona a very small fee to sign the forward this summer after he impressed on loan at Barcelona's B team, scoring 18 goals in 35 games.
The Girona graduate has impressed in pre-season for the Spanish giants
The 22-year-old has already scored goals against Manchester City and Real Madrid this summer and with money tight at the Catalonians, a cheap alternative to a big-name signing is just what the club needs.
