Jesse Lingard is an English midfielder, born on 15th December 1992, who plays for Manchester United. Lingard began his career with Manchester United and graduated from their academy having joined them when he was seven. Whilst on loan at Leicester City in 2012, Lingard made his professional debut, with loans to Birmingham, Brighton and Derby following as he aimed to impress enough to become a regular at United. He had to wait until the start of the 2014-15 season to make his competitive debut for Manchester United, however.
