James Morrison

James Morrison is a Scottish international midfielder who plays for . Born in Darlington on 25th May 1986, Morrison joined Middlesbrough as a schoolboy, remaining on Teesside until signing for West Bromwich Albion in 2007. During his time with Boro, the attacking midfielder played in the FA Youth Cup-winning in successive years – lifting the trophy in 2004, before making his senior debut in the Premier League in May of that year. With Boro having won the League Cup that season, Morrison was included in their 2004/5 UEFA Cup squad and again the following season, where he would played in the final against Sevilla. West Bromwich Albion paid £1.5m for the youngster in August 2007, and he would help the side win promotion from Championship a year later and again in 2010. He has made more than 250 appearances for West Brom under seven managers. Morrison made international debut in May 2008 friendly international against the Czech Republic.
