Fabio Borini

Fabio Borini is an Italian forward who plays for Verona. Born on 29th March 1991, Borini began his career as a youth player with Bologna before moving to Chelsea in 2007. Aside from a loan to Swansea City in 2011, Borini failed to make the breakthrough in English football at this point in his career and transferred to Parma in July 2011. A complicated deal then saw Borini move to AS Roma later that summer, before he moved to Liverpool in the summer of 2012 for around £10 million. Struggling to ever break into the Liverpool first team, Borini moved to Sunderland on loan for the 2013-14 season and eventually completed a permanent transfer to the club in August 2015.
