Dominic Solanke

Dominic Solanke is an English forward who plays for Liverpool. Solanke was born in Reading in September 14, 1997. His football career began at Chelsea in 2004 with the Blues’ Under-8 side, progressing through the club’s academy system until 2015 when he was loaned to Dutch side Vitesse. Solanke returned to Chelsea for the 2016/17 season to be their third-choice striker behind Diego Costa and Michy Batshuayi. However, in May 2017 he agreed to join Liverpool on a free transfer when his contract at Stamford Bridge expired. In November 2017 Solanke made his England debut in a friendly against Brazil at Wembley. After making just 21 appearances for Liverpool, Solanke joined Bournemouth in January 2019.
