Cheikhou Kouyaté

Cheikhou Kouyaté is a Senegalese midfielder, born on December 21, 1989, who plays for Crystal Palace. Kouyaté started his career playing for ASC Yego Dakar, but left the club to join RWDM Brussels in 2007. Failure to receive wages from RWDM Brussels saw Kouyate sign for Anderlecht in 2008. He enjoyed an extremely successful period with the club, winning several league titles, before he joined West Ham in 2014. Kouyaté made his senior international debut in 2012, the same year that he represented his country at the Olympics.
