In terms of markets, Bet99 Canada offers a variety of bet types for events. The more popular the event is, the more betting options you’ll have.
For example, let’s say you're betting on the UEFA Champions League finale. This game will have your usual Money Line, under/over of goals, yellow cards, and handicap bets. In addition, you'll be able to wager on correct scores, scorers, how much time will be added on regulation, and whether there will be a penalty.
On the other hand, the less popular events will have just the basic markets. For example, the second tier of the Australian league will only have Money Line, possibly Over/Under, and that is it.
Bet99 Odds & Limits overview
The odds offered by Bet99 are good but not spectacular. Compared to some middle-of-the-pack sportsbooks, you’ll find they're similar; however, Bet99 pulls through with NFL, NHL, and high-profile sports competitions, where Bet99 offers slightly better odds than most other sportsbooks.
One thing that stands out at Bet99 is their daily selection of enhanced lines on pre-game markets, resulting in top-notch odds you won't find anywhere else.
When it comes to limits, Bet99 is slightly behind the competition. The operator restricts its players to three weekly withdrawals and a maximum withdrawal of $20,000 weekly and $50,000 monthly. Players can’t withdraw more than $350,000 in a single year.
There is also a limit to what you can win with Bet99, as betslips can’t have a bigger payout than $100,000. This won’t affect casual bettors, but those interested in more serious betting will likely walk away.

Bet99 Sign-up Offer
Bet99 has one of the best promotions for new users, with a solid welcome offer for both its sportsbook and online casino. By using the Bet99 promo code BETMAX, new users can choose from either a First Bet Encore of up to $1,000 or a 100 percent deposit match of up to $1,000 for the online casino.
For the sportsbook offer, players must opt-in to the promotion via the drop-down menu on the registration page and make a minimum deposit of $20. If their first bet settles as a loss, players receive the entire wager amount back in four individual bonus bets at 25 percent of their stake. So, for a $100 lost bet, players receive four $25 bonus bets credited to their account. Bonuses are credited within 72 hours of the bet settlement.
There are some restrictions for these bets, however. The initial wager must be on a single bet, parlay, or SGP. Combined SGP bets do not qualify, and Bet99 can also withhold the bonus if the player wagers on both sides of a singled market, i.e. the over and under on a specific game. Bonus bets must also be used within 30 days or they will expire.

Bet99 Loyalty Program
Bet99 also has an exclusive loyalty program known as Club B99. This is generally only offered to high volume bettors or experienced punters and includes gifts such as bonus bets and “one of a kind lifestyle experiences,” including invites to exclusive events.

NHL Bet $50, Get $10
At its discretion, Bet99 offers a variety of promos for existing users. One of those promos is a $10 bonus bet credit for players who wager at least $50 on select NHL games. Players must make a pre-game or live wager in a single market or SGP with minimum odds of +100.
The bonus bet expires if unused after 14 days and must be wagered on a single bet or parlay before being able to be withdrawn. Moreover, players will not receive the bonus if they cash out their original bet.
NFL 30% Profit Boost
Bet99 also offers sporadic boosts and bonuses for NFL games. As of November 2024, its current promotion for existing users is a 30 percent profit boost for select NFL games. Players have to select the profit boost option in the “add bonus” section of their betslip to qualify.
The NFL profit boost is available only for SGPs with at least three selections and odds higher than +300.
Spinoleague
The Spinoleague is another nice casino bonus, available to Canadians outside of Ontario. This complex slots casino league has a tiered bonus structure in which players earn points through four seasons—Sapphire, Topaz, Emerald, and Diamond—each with four in-season tournaments for a total of 16 events. The prize pools for each tournament range from $75,000 to $150,000.
Bet99 players earn points based on their overall casino performance based on the formula of amount won/amount wagered, i.e. $20 won on $10 wagered in the select casino games for the specified time period is 2 points. There are also designated Super Rounds, during which points are multiplied by two. There's $15 million up for grabs during the entire Spinoleague season, which runs for about a calendar year.

How to place an in-play bet on tennis
To place an In-Play bet, you'll need to log in to your Bet99 account and go to the In-Play section from the home page.
- Select the sport you are interested in (we picked tennis), pick a game, and click on the bet you want to make.

- All that is left to do is enter the amount you want to wager, confirm the bet, and wait to be settled.

Cash Out Feature at Bet99
Bet99 does offer a Cash Out feature for its players, but it isn’t handled as efficiently as we would like. For example, I couldn't find any definitive guidelines to help me determine whether my bet qualified for Cash Out.
For example, I didn't get a notification for Cash Out on my bet. The only way you can see whether your bet can be cashed out is to manually open it and see if the Cash Out option is available.
Keep in mind that Bet99 only has a standard Cash Out in Canada. You won’t find Partial Cash Out or Auto Cash Out features.
Banking options available
Bet99 has a few traditional deposit methods, but some notable options are missing, including crypto and Apple Pay. Depositing funds is quite easy and isn't subject to any fees. Players simply click the “deposit” button in the top right corner, select their preferred method, and follow the prompts.
