After a terrific season in the Championship, Sheffield United will look to stay in the Premier League for longer than a year. It is a hard battle against relegation when the league has become so competitive over the years with plenty of teams investing a lot of money to stay afloat. Sheffield didn't spend much money this summer, the newest additions are Benie Traore and Anis Slimane while Yasser Larouci signed on loan from French side Troyes. Rhian Brewster is injured at the moment.

The La Liga side had a very good last season and is eager to further its agenda in the new year. Multiple players were arriving in virtually every position on the team, but the only one that had a transfer fee involved was a central midfielder Yangel Herrera who arrived from Manchester City. Experienced full-back Daley Blind was added on a free transfer from Bayern Munich. Girona sold its valuable defensive coordinator Oriol Romeu to Barcelona while Ramon Terrats left to join Villareal. Those outgoing transfers are a testament to the way the team performed during last season. Ibrahima Kebe and Toni Villa are currently injured and thus unavailable for the match in question.

Player to Watch: Benie Traore
The biggest transfer this summer for Sheffield United is the arrival of talented 20-year-old Ivory Coast attacker Benie Traore. The versatile striker has been on fire this season in the Swedish league playing for the reigning champions Hacken and scoring 12 goals with a couple of assists in 14 matches. He started most of the games this term and has impressed since joining the club ASEC Mimosas in his home country.
Traore should bring some real firepower in front of the goal and even though the Premier League is a massive improvement league-wise compared to Allsvenskan, Traore's work ethic and talent should give him ample opportunities to prove himself at the highest level.
