Chelsea

  • Manchester United’s Ashley Young is on course to be Bolasie’s replacement at the Eagles. The 31-year-old winger could be brought in to replace the Everton-bound forward. (3.3)
  • The talk of a Selhurst Park move for Christian Benteke has picked up again, with reports suggesting that Liverpool may be forced to lower their asking price for the man they signed from Aston Villa for £32 million a year ago. (4.6)

Everton

  • Business is steaming ahead at Goodison Park – Swansea City defender Ashley Williams was officially announced as a Toffee player at 5.30pm.
  • Yannick Bolasie is set to become an Everton player after the club agreed a £30 million fee with Crystal Palace. (5.0)
  • But it’s not all about additions for Everton at the moment, as the departure of John Stones to Manchester City could soon be followed by Romelu Lukaku leaving to re-join Chelsea. (4.4)

Hull City

  • Abel Hernández to Aston Villa is still the only Whisper regarding Hull City at the moment. Perhaps once they’ve secured a new manager, the Tigers will hit the transfer market. (3.3)

Leicester City

  • Despite having already secured the club record £12 million purchase of Ahmed Musa, and having held onto Jamie Vardy, Leicester City could be set to swoop for another striker in Deportivo La Coruña’s Lucas Pérez. (2.6)
  • Reports in the French media have suggested that Riyad Mahrez has expressed his desire to leave the Premier League champions to join Arsenal but this afternoon the Foxes insisted they have received no formal bid for the Algerian. (3.5)

Mario Balotelli

Liverpool

  • It has been clear for some time that Christian Benteke does not fit into Jürgen Klopp’s plans, and the Reds could finally be about to part ways with the Belgian striker, with Crystal Palace readying a bid. (4.6)
  • The enigmatic Mario Balotelli could also be set for an Anfield exit. The Italian striker fell some way short of expectations at Liverpool, and after being loaned to AC Milan last season, he could be about to make a permanent switch back to Serie A with Chievo. (3.8)

  • Ashley Young could be another player on his way out of Old Trafford. The 31-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to Crystal Palace in the past 24 hours. (3.3)

Middlesbrough
