Watford head to Wembley on Monday night looking to pick up their first league win against Tottenham Hotspur since 1987.

In 11 meetings since the Hornets have won just four points from an available 33. In fact, you have to go back another two years, to May 1985, for a Watford win at Spurs.

Javi Gracia's side will be blissfully unaware of that dismal run but all-too-aware of a recent record which has seen them fail to win in their last six Premier League fixtures, slipping from the top half into the middle of the pack.

Nathaniel Chalobah (fractured kneecap), Tom Cleverley (hamstring), Younès Kaboul (fractured metatarsal), Gerard Deulofeu (fractured foot) and Tommie Hoban (ACL) are long-term absentees.

Troy Deeney (foot) and Roberto Pereyra (groin) both picked up problems in last weekend's stalemate against Crystal Palace while Sebastian Prödl (illness) and André Carrillo (knock) are doubts too.
