Liverpool travel to the King Power Stadium in the Carabao Cup tonight looking to get back to winning ways.
The 1-1 draw with Burnley over the weekend stretched the Reds' run of games without a win to three and a loss to Leicester City will prompt more questions of Jürgen Klopp.
During his pre-match press conference, the German confirmed Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain would get his first start for the club and both Danny Ward and Marko Grujić would be in the team from the off.
“We have a lot of players who are in good shape,” he told reporters at Melwood.
“Grujić made a big step in his development, but nobody could see it so far. It’s really good to give him the opportunity.
“It’s a fantastic opportunity for Alex to go in. Since he joined it’s been pretty difficult to train on different things because it’s game after game after game.
“He also had a wonderful impact when he came on in the last game [against Burnley].”
There are some suggestions that Danny Ings may make an appearance with Klopp looking to rotate his squad as he attempts to navigate a busy schedule. There may even be a chance for the forgotten man Lazar Marković.
